MILITARY RIFLE SHOOT
The first Sunday of each month military buffs gather at the outdoor range to participate in a military rifle competition. Both vintage and modern military rifles compete in off hand competitions. Recent shoots have also included scoped elk or big game rifles.
THREE GUN TACTICAL SHOOT
Held on the second Saturday of each month, the Three Gun Shoot tests a shooter’s skills with three different guns. A tactical style rifle, shotgun and side arm are all used through a variety of defensive maneuvers.
NOTE:
Particpants wanting to practice with just one firarm are welcome
COWBOY ACTION SHOOT
As the fastest growing shooting sport in the United States, the club also has a dedicated group of old western clad shooters who meet the second Sunday of each month at the foot of a rocky mesa where the Cowboy Range is located. Testing their skills with guns that blazed their way through history, the cowboy competition provides not only an interesting competition but one that is always sure to be enjoyable as well!
22 JACK POT PLINK OFF
Starting in April and running through September, on the last Sunday of each month the club hosts a .22 jack pot shoot off. There are competitive shoots for open or iron sights, low power 4x scopes and high power scoped rim fire rifles. There is a place for anyone who owns a 22 rifle to compete. Great fun!!!
